Thank You Veterans!

Submitted by teresa.beebe on

Larsen Elementary would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to all of our veterans!  We are so grateful for them, their service and their sacrifice.  We had a virtual assembly today in each class to honor them and the USA.  Our 6th graders wrote about a veteran and displayed their articles in the hallways so other students could read about them.  We are honored to know so many veterans.  Thank you once again for your bravery and sacrifice!

Our 1st graders had a great time playing in the new snow and building snowmen together on the playground.  Time to break out the coats, hats, scarves and gloves.  Winter is here!

Monday:  Wear red to kick of Red Ribbon Week

Tuesday:  Dress up as your favorite super hero

Wednesday:  Silly mask, socks or hair day

Thursday:  Favorite sports team jersey or shirt
