Nebo School District January Chess Tournament

January Chess Tournament for Nebo School District Saturday, January 21st at Art City Elementary Grades K-6 5 Round Swiss Tournament When: Saturday January 21, 2017 Check in 8:00-8:30 am, instructions at 8:45 am, round 1 begins at 9:00 am, rounds 2-5 follow as each grade finishes. Rounds are up to 50 minutes each (i.e. approximately 25 minutes per player). All students play all five rounds. Trophies will be awarded as each grade finishes, usually by 2:00 pm.

Larsen Elementary is in the middle of getting new carpet throughout the school. When you come to SEP conferences things might look a little different because we are not quite done. It is a "sticky" floor situation but it will be worth it when it's finished. Thanks for your patience while you are meeting with teachers. See you there!

SEP conference sign ups are on the Larsen website now. On the main page  you will see the link on the right hand side.  Conferences are being held on January 12 starting at 2:50.  Hope to see you there!

Christmas Crafts With the Christmas Crew

Mrs. Thomas and the Christmas Crew had a great time going into each class individually and helping make a holiday craft.  They made reindeers, candy canes, christmas trees, snowflakes, snowmen and wreaths.  The Christmas Crew also shared some of their favorite Christmas books.  A fun time was had by all!  Happy Holidays everyone.
