Kindergarten Thanksgiving Feast

Submitted by teresa.beebe on

Larsen Kindergarten classes started the Thanksgiving holiday early by having their turkey feast today.  The students have been learning about the Pilgrims, Native Americans and the first Thanksgiving.  They were able to have a fabulous feast thanks to the teachers and parent helpers.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

5th Grade Stained Glass Windows

Submitted by teresa.beebe on

We love this time of year when our 5th grade classes make these holiday stained glass windows to decorate our school.  This has been a tradition for many years at Larsen Elementary.  They are made with black contruction paper and many different colors of tissue paper.   If you get a chance, drive by our school and see how beautiful they look.  Thank you 5th grade for starting off the holiday season with your excellent work!

Mrs. Diede's Class Has A New Two Headed Classmate

Submitted by teresa.beebe on

Thanks to Triple T Heating and Cooling in Spanish Fork, Mrs. Diede’s Class has a new two headed student!   The students arrived on with excitement in the air!  Mrs. Diede’s class was willing and so acceptable to our new friends.  We voted on their names. We decided first that one head had to be female while the other needed to be male just to make it fair.  We named one Britney after her maker and the other Freddy.
