Members of our student council and student action team helped set up the Larsen Christmas tree this week. They did a great job and now we are ready to celebrate the season. Happy Holidays to all our amazing Larsen families!

The Book Fair will be December 5th-9th. It will be open from 5:30-8:00 pm on Monday night (before and during the Family Movie Night). It will also be open Tuesday through Friday 8:45-10am before school and 3:30-4:30 pm after school.
The Grinch Family Movie Night will be on Monday Dec 5, from 6:30-8pm. Please come and bring your blankets and pillows. The book fair will be open that evening from 5:30-8pm.

Safe Routes Utah came and visited our school on Friday. The goal of Safe Routes Utah is to help children get to and from school safely while motivating children to experience the benefits of walking or biking to school. They talked about crossing in the crosswalks, wearing helmets and so much more. If you would like to learn more tips visit https://saferoutes.utah.gov/education-and-funding/.
Fourth graders had a fun dance lesson on Friday all about natural disasters! We used big, colorful scarves to make movements that matched different natural disasters, including tornadoes, floods, and wildfires. Our story in shared reading, and a couple lessons in social studies, all focused on Earthquakes, so we decided to go out with a bang! It was a blast!
Our Larsen dancers did such a great job at their dance recital. Thank you so much to Miss Oaklee for giving our little Larsen leopards this opportunity!!!
These lucky students were the 200s club board winners for the month of October. They were chosen by their teachers to earn golden tickets for awesome behavior and great attitudes!
