We wanted to remind parents that tomorrow, January 11th,  there is no school being held for students.  It is a District Development Day.  School will resume as normal on Monday.  Have a great weekend!

Here is information for the chess tournament being held at Art City Elementary.  Check in will be 8:00-8:30 and tournament will start around 9:00 AM.

Bright Ideas "Innovation Station" will begin here at Larsen Elementary on Saturday, January 26th.  Cost is $15 per class or $35 for all three.  Please refer to the flyer for more information.

Larsen students had a fun-filled Leopard Pride assembly and sing-a-long today. Our school choir, directed by Mrs. Taylor,  also performed some Christmas carols for us.  We had Buddy the Elf, Grinch and "L" the Leopard visit too.  Some of our amazing students and staff won awards for making a difference at our school.  We are full of Christmas cheer here at Larsen.  Merry Christmas to all of our Larsen families!

Larsen Elementary had a special visitor during our Christmas singing time.  Santa popped in and surprised the students as they were singing Christmas carols.  There were loud cheers from every grade as he smiled and waved at everyone.  Santa then went to each class and gave a candy cane to all the children.  Thank you Santa for visiting our school and bringing more Christmas cheer!

Christmas time is here and Larsen Elementary is full of holiday cheer.  We have decked our halls, sang our Christmas carols and have made our lists for Santa! Our school will getting out for Christmas break Dec. 21st at 12:00 PM and will resume on January 2nd at normal time.  We hope you have a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year!
