Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, Utah, is home to more than 4,000 animals from around the world. They came and visited our 2nd grade classes last week. The aquarium staff showed them some exotic animals and explained about their habitat. The students loved it and were excited to learn more about these animals.
We wanted to remind parents that there will be no school held on Monday, February 18th, to celebrate Presidents Day. School will resume on Feb.19th. Have a safe and happy holiday.
Larsen 6th graders had the priviledge of meeting author Lance Conrad. Mr. Conrad has been writing for 15 years. His writing career all started with him trying to impress a girl. Titles to some of his books include "The Weight of Swords" , "The Price of Creation" and "The Price of Nobility". Thank you Lance Conrad for stopping by our school and sharing your passion for books with our students.
