Pumpkin Research
When you’re studying pumpkins, you HAVE to research their taste as well. Today was possibly the students’ favorite day of research for our informational writing.

On Monday, October 10th from 1:30-2:30 pm Larsen PTA is sponsoring a fun run! We invite all students to set a goal of how many laps around the field they would like to run and to find sponsors (parents, grandparents, neighbors) to donate to our school. This is the ONLY fundraiser we will do this year, and every dollar raised benefits our students and teachers. Parents, you are invited to come cheer on your child as they earn colored bracelets for each lap they run and slide down inflatables!
You can use the QR code or click on this link also to donate:
Today, first grade was able to hear from our school nurse, Mrs. Henderson! She taught us about her job as a community helper and what we can do to keep our bodies healthy. Thank you, Mrs. Henderson!
