Larsen students had a fun filled day for Halloween. Students, teachers, staff and parents had a blast with our annual costume parade while viewing all of the creative costumes. We had many visitors throughout the school today. Nurses, Dr.'s, witches, pirates, zombies, frankenstein and superheroes filled the halls and we even had celebrities from Duck Dynasty visit us as well. We ended our fun filled day with class parties and lots of treats and goodies. A big thank you to all of the class helpers who made our Halloween day possible. WAY TO GO LEOPARDS!!
Mrs. Eckhardts afternoon Kindergarten class have been drawing and learning alot about maps lately. The students decided to make a map of the playground and then they buried a secret box. They invited Mrs. Buffum's 1st grade class to come outside and help them find and share the surprise. Everyone had alot of fun and both classes were excited to "DIG" for buried treasure! Way To Go Leopards!

Wednesday the students dressed up like their favorite hero and also made pledge banners which all of the students sighned lined our school halls! Thursday was "Hat Day"! Students wore their favorite craziest and funniest hats, and even the teachers joined in on the fun! Friday we ended our Red Ribbon Week by celebrating our school spirit. Larsen students wore their school shirts to show their school spirit and that they can make a difference in the world by saying NO to drugs! WAY TO GO LEOPARDS!!
During PE time in school the students play a game where they build castles, so some of our 4H students in the Open Gym 4H class thought they would see how they could build a castle without it falling making it 4 castles high. The students had alot of fun building it. Some of the other activities in our 4H Open Gym class include Lacrosse, hockey and basketball. Way to go Leopards!!
