Wednesday January 22nd  Larsen PTA held their annual before school Reading and Donuts activity from 7:30am -8:15 am.  Students enjoyed reading their books which had been given to them by our Larsen PTA.  Students chose to bring their dads, uncles, grandpas, moms, siblings or other special people with them to the fun event.  Delicious, warm donuts and milk were served to everyone. This is a fun way to show our awesome Larsen students the importance of reading.  Thank you Larsen PTA and parents for supporting your child’s reading! Way To Go Leopards!!

Larsen Choir Performs for Students and Parents

Submitted by natalee.hansen on Thu, 01/02/2014 - 12:50

Larsen Elementary recently held their annual Christmas Choir Concert of 2013.  Students from both 5th and 6th grade performed favorites such as “Hot Cup of Cocoa,” “Holiday Blessings,” “Joy in Jerusalem,” and more for students and parents. They even played hand bells for a couple of the musical numbers. It was a great evening!  These dedicated students have been practicing before and afterschool several times a week for the past several months and it definitely showed. This year the boys in the choir performed a special version of frosty the snowman.
