First Responders Visit 1st Grade

Submitted by teresa.beebe on

We have been talking about community helpers in first grade.  Today we were visited by Officer Petersen and our local EMT's.  They shared important safety tips such as knowing your address and phone number, wearing seat belts, and wearing a helmet when riding bikes, scooters, etc.  We are thankful for our first responders!

SEP Sign Ups Available Now

Submitted by teresa.beebe on

It's that time of year already for SEP conferences on October 9th. Sign ups are now available.  If you look on the right side of the website you will see a quick link for grade levels.  Choose your students grade level and scroll down until you find your child's teacher.  Then select a time slot that works with your schedule.  You will notice that appointments are booked back to back.  Arriving a few minutes before your scheduled time will allow for your teacher's schedule to run more smoothly.

Thanks and we look forward to meeting with you!

New Larsen Flag

Larsen Elementary has a new flag just for our school! Near the end of last year we had a flag contest to have a student design a flag for our school. Mkayzli Ennis, now a fifth grader, had the winning design. The new flag has arrived and will be proudly flying at our school.
